Wizard 1. What data do we collect?
When you upload a file, that file is temporarily stored on our server solely for the purpose of processing your request. Files are automatically deleted after 1 hour. We do not retain copies.
We may log standard server access information (IP address, request time, HTTP method) for security and debugging purposes. These logs are not linked to individual files or identities and are rotated regularly.
2. How is my data used?
Your uploaded files are used exclusively to perform the image or video operation you requested (e.g. resize, convert, apply a filter). We do not:
- Analyse, read, or inspect the content of your files beyond what is technically necessary for processing
- Share your files with third parties
- Use your files for training AI or machine-learning models
- Store files beyond the 1-hour automatic cleanup window
3. Cookies & Advertising
We use essential session cookies (e.g., for rate limiting) that are strictly necessary for the service to function. These contain no personal data and expire when you close your browser.
We also display advertisements served by Google AdSense. Google and its advertising partners use cookies and similar technologies to show you personalised ads based on your browsing activity. These are third-party cookies placed by Google, not by Wizard Image. You can manage or opt out of personalised ads at any time via:

We use the following third-party services on this site:
- Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com) — for typography. Google may log your IP address per Google's privacy policy.
- Google AdSense (pagead2.googlesyndication.com) — for displaying advertisements. AdSense uses cookies to serve relevant ads. See How Google uses cookies in advertising.
We do not use analytics services (e.g. Google Analytics), social media trackers, or any other third-party tracking scripts beyond those listed above.
5. Your rights

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or UK, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you. You can also object to or restrict certain processing, and you have the right to data portability.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
