Wizard 1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Wizard Image (available at image-wizard.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Description of Service
Wizard Image provides a suite of 50+ free online tools for editing, converting, enhancing, and transforming images and videos. The service is provided free of charge and is supported by advertising.
All image and video processing is performed server-side. Uploaded files are automatically deleted after 1 hour and are never stored permanently, shared, or used for any purpose other than completing your requested operation.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Wizard Image only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Upload files that contain illegal content, including but not limited to child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Upload files that infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party
- Attempt to overload, attack, or disrupt the service (e.g. DDoS, automated bulk requests without permission)
- Use the service to process content that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying code, models, or infrastructure
- Use automated scripts or bots to submit requests without prior written permission
4. Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of any files you upload. By uploading a file, you grant Wizard Image a temporary, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process that file solely for the purpose of fulfilling your request. This licence expires automatically when the file is deleted (within 1 hour).
All code, design, branding, and content on this website is the property of Wizard Image and may not be reproduced without express written permission.
5. Advertising
Wizard Image is supported by advertising provided by Google AdSense. Advertisements are displayed on various pages of the service. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. Clicking on advertisements will take you to external websites governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
You can opt out of personalised advertising via Google Ad Settings.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Wizard Image is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
- The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times
- Processing results will meet your specific requirements
- Any errors or defects in the service will be corrected
Your use of the service is at your sole risk. We strongly recommend keeping original copies of all files you process.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wizard Image and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or damage to files.
8. Privacy
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy & Cookies Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
